Welcome to MakeDreamHomes. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications and related services (together, the “Platform”), which connect homeowners with professionals, material suppliers and property dealers.

By creating an account, posting a requirement or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. The Platform is currently intended for use within India.

Accounts are created and secured using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt it, or access it using automated means without our permission.

MakeDreamHomes is a marketplace that helps you discover and connect with third parties. We do not provide the professional, supply or property services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement you enter into with another user.

3. Professionals, Suppliers & Dealers

If you register as a professional, material supplier or property dealer, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, the lawfulness of the services or products you offer, and holding any licences or registrations required for your trade.

Ratings, reviews and listing information are provided by users and are not verified or endorsed by MakeDreamHomes.

4. Requirements & Leads

When you post a requirement, you consent to it being shared with relevant professionals so they can respond. You are responsible for evaluating any professional before engaging them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, design and trademarks, is owned by MakeDreamHomes or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeDreamHomes disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any dealings between users, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that could cause harm to others or to us.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
